For an extra fee before and after hour appointments are available upon request for those who are unable to schedule during my regular business hours, perfect for last minute events, going out town, or rescheduling mishaps. Card On File
A credit card is required to be on file in order to schedule any services with The Brow Edit., If you do not provide a working credit card we will unfortunately not be able book your appointment. This policy is in place to protect our stylists time, availability for our regular clients, and so we can continue providing the services we love.
Cancelation + Rescheduling Policy
When canceling/rescheduling your appointment The Brow Edit. requires a 48 hour notice. If less than 48 hours notice is given you will be charged for 100% of the original booked service to the credit card on file. If your card declines when charged, you will no longer be able to schedule any future appointments. We do have reminder emails and texts sent to the email address and phone number on file in our scheduling system. Please make sure our emails and texts are reaching you, you may need to change your notification settings if they are not reaching you. We do understand that life happens and there are certain situations that arise and cannot be predicted. We ask that you please communicate with us if something should come up. If we see a consistent pattern of 2 or more times of canceling and rescheduling occurring we will ask that you find a new Esthetician. Missing an appointment without sufficient notice causes financial hardship for the Esthetician and a client who may have been denied that appointment time.
No Call No Shows
No Call No Shows are not tolerated. If we do not hear from you 10 minutes after the start time of your scheduled appointment it is considered a No Call No Show. You will be charged the Cancelation fee and may be asked to find a new establishment.
Running Behind
If you are running late a call or text would be greatly appreciated to let us know (402)779-1775.
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time we cannot guarantee that you will receive the full service booked. Depending on the service(s) scheduled you may be asked to reschedule, as it is not fair to run into our next client's appointment time. You will be charged for the full amount of the scheduled service(s) booked. Excessive and frequent amounts of being late will result in denial of services. We take our appointment times very seriously. We ask that you please plan accordingly and be on time, it will also be less stressful so you can fully relax when you arrive.
Mixing Up Appointment Times
Kindly ensure that you double-check your appointment confirmations and reminder texts or emails sent from our system. If you’re not receiving these reminders, please contact our front desk to verify the email and phone number we have on file.
While we offer reminder texts and emails as a courtesy, sent 72 hours before your scheduled appointment, it remains your responsibility to manage your appointment time.
Changes to Appointments
If you need to make any changes to your scheduled appointment you must do so 48 hours prior to the start time of your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in charge of the original service scheduled. (Ex. If you are booked for a brow shaping + tint and want to change to just a brow shaping and fail to mention this 48hrs prior to the start time of your appointment you will still be charged for a brow shaping + tint.) We have this in place to protect our stylists schedule and time.
Feeling Under the Weather
In the interest of the health and safety of our staff, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms of illness. If you feel the need to consult a doctor or get tested, please notify us at the onset of symptoms rather than waiting for test results, as you should not attend your appointment under these circumstances.
To avoid any potential cancellation or rescheduling fees, we encourage you to contact us as soon as you are feeling unwell.

We do not accept cancellations or reschedules through Email, Instagram, or Facebook.
Deposits
For services that require a deposit, All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE as they are to hold the original booked date and time. All deposits paid will go towards the total service amount at the time of your scheduled appointment. Should you No Show or Last Minute Cancel (See Policies above) the deposit is used for the missed appointment time. To reschedule it will cost a New NON REFUNDABLE Deposit to hold your new rescheduled appointment time.
Refunds and Returns
The Brow Edit. does not offer refunds on services, only fixes within 3 days of when the service was received. All product and gift card/certificate sales are final. All deposits put down to reserve appointment times are NON REFUNDABLE.
Extra Guests + Kids
Your appointments are reserved especially for you, take this time to come in and relax. Anyone not scheduled for a service will not be allowed back into the treatment room. We ask that you please find arrangements for your little ones if they are not old enough to wait alone in our waiting area. We also ask that you please be mindful of noise and others around you who are receiving treatments.
We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and as a courtesy, we will waive the first occurrence. However, moving forward, we will strictly enforce our policies, which are designed to protect our stylists’ time, schedules, and availability for regular clients. Missing an appointment without adequate notice results in financial loss for the esthetician and prevents another client from booking that time.
If you are unable to agree with our policies, we recommend finding an establishment whose policies better align with your preferences.
