Refunds and returns
Your brow and lash appointments are reserved especially for you. I very much value your business and ask that you respect my my scheduling policies. When cancelling/rescheduling your appointment I require a 48 hour notice. If less than 48 hours notice is given you will be charged for 100% of the original booked service to the credit card on file. If your card declines when I charge it you are no longer able to schedule any future appointments. I do have reminder emails and texts sent to the email address and phone number I have on file for you. Please make sure my emails and texts are reaching you, you may need to change your notification settings if they are not reaching you. I do understand that life happens and there are certain situations that arise and cannot be predicted, if you are sick please be sure to cancel/reschedule your appointment as soon as possible to avoid any cancellation/rescheduling fees. I ask that you please communicate with me if something should come up. No call no shows will not be tolerated. If I see a consistent pattern of several last minute cancellations, rescheduling, or any no call no shows occurring I will ask that you find a new Esthetician. Missing an appointment without sufficient notice causes financial hardship for the Esthetician and a client who may have been denied that appointment time.
Cancellations + Rescheduling
If you are running late a call or text would be greatly appreciated to let me know. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time I cannot guarantee that you will receive the full service you have booked with me. Depending on the service(s) scheduled you may be asked to reschedule, as it is not fair to run into my next client's appointment time. You will, however be charged for the full amount of the services booked. Excessive and frequent amounts of being late will result in denial of services. I take my appointment times very seriously. I ask that you please plan accordingly and be on time, it will also be less stressful so you can fully relax when you arrive.
Late arrival
A credit card is required to be on file in order to schedule any services with the brow edit., If you do not provide a credit card I will unfortunately not be able book your appointment. This policy is in place to protect my time, availability for regular clients, and so I can continue doing what I love.

All appointments are scheduled, rescheduled, or canceled through my online booking site. When in person at your scheduled appointment you are more than welcome to pre-book your next appointment(s) at that time with me. My online booking site only shows 30 days out from what the current date is. Ex: if today is September 1st you can see what is available through October 1st everyday a new day for booking will open up. If no openings are showing that means I am booked for those days or I do not have enough time for all of the service(s) chosen. If you are unable to find a time that works for you please feel free to add yourself to my waitlist, cancellations do happen! If you choose to add yourself to the waitlist please include the following - Name, email, phone, time frame your looking to get in, and what days/ times work best for you.
For an extra fee before and after hour appointments are available upon request for those who are unable to schedule during my regular business hours, perfect for last minute events, going out town, or rescheduling mishaps. Deposits
For services that require a deposit, All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. All deposits paid will go towards the total service amount at the time of your scheduled appointment. Should you No Show or Last Minute Cancel (See Policies above) the deposit is used for the missed appointment time. To reschedule it will cost a New NON REFUNDABLE Deposit to hold your new rescheduled appointment time.
Your appointments are reserved especially for you, take this time to come in and relax. Anyone not scheduled for a service will not be allowed back into the treatment room. We ask that you please find arrangements for your little ones if they are not old enough to wait alone in our waiting area. We also ask that you please be mindful of noise and others around you who are receiving treatments.

To properly Cancel or Reschedule an appointment you must Call and leave a voicemail or shoot us a Text at (402)779-1775. We do not accept appointment Cancellations or Reschedules through Email, Instagram, or Facebook.
